Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute growth strategies that can propel revenue growth within defined measures of efficiency.
  • Manage overall marketing budget, working with management on financial planning and ROI efficiency.
  • Craft strategies for all marketing teams, including digital, communications and creative
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels
  • Manage marketing resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising/media firms/production companies
  • Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns
  • Research, analyse, manage and improve funnel top to bottom
  • Lead creative content creation, social media, branding, performance marketing, partnerships, media buying, pr campaigns, video content production, KOLs, CRO, CRM, SEO, affiliate marketing, referral campaigns.



Minimum Qualifications

  • A strong track record of 5-8 years’ experience in marketing with a mix of digital, offline, brand, performance marketing, partnership, user acquisition and retention.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Experience in lifestyle and e-commerce business is highly desired
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good storytelling skills
  • A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude
  • Strong team management, project management and decision making skills
  • Very strong experience with digital tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, & CRM
  • Extensive experience leading and planning marketing initiatives that deliver results and ability to tell stories that can drive fan engagement across platforms
